Charley Cosgrove - Published Poet, English Tutor and Writing for Wellbeing
Charley is a published poet and English tutor, she runs Writing for Wellbeing courses throughout the year lasting 4 – 6 weeks. They’re completely free and open to anyone over the age of 19. The workshops mainly focus on wellbeing and resilience, however, if anyone wants to write in a particular way or about a particular subject this is very much encouraged! Last year’s cohort produced a book of writing called ‘Fireflies’ which is available on Amazon.

Daisy First Aid passionately believe that every parent should possess paediatric first aid knowledge to help protect their children and potentially save their life.
Classes run for 2 hours and include training on how to treat an unconscious casualty, recovery positions, choking, meningitis, burns, bleeding, head injuries and much more.

Y Mentoring Service
The Y Mentoring programme pairs trained volunteer mentors with young people aged 9-14. Over 12 months, the mentors and young people work to build the young person’s resilience, empower them to lead fulfilling lives, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.
YPAS - Young Person's Advisory Service
Serving a Merseyside population of over 150,000 children and young people. YPAS delivers a wide range of wellbeing and therapeutic services for children, and young people aged 5 to 25 years old and their parents and families. Our citywide services consist of individual support and open access groups. They are delivered from: three community hubs, primary schools, secondary schools and GP practices and other community education settings.

Cafe Laziz is a welcoming space for refugees and asylum seekers. They offer training and work experience opportunities, enabling participants to develop valuable skills and integrate into the local community.
Refugees Rock
Climbing walls and charities across the UK partner up to host a regular, free climbing session every month, often during quiet climbing times.
Walls provide the space, equipment and post-climb refreshments; charities bring the climbers, and accompany them to sessions to provide support and maximise the fun.
